1. About NUBARA Media
NUBARA Media is a media creation and management service operated by NUBARA. It supports the preparation, editing, organization and delivery of digital content for NUBARA’s business activities and other authorized content projects.
2. Authorized Use
NUBARA Media may be used only by authorized users and for accounts they own or have permission to manage. Users must comply with applicable laws, copyright requirements and the rules of any connected platform.
3. TikTok Integration
With the account owner’s authorization, NUBARA Media may connect to TikTok to prepare and upload video content as drafts. The account owner is responsible for reviewing, editing and deciding whether to publish submitted content.
NUBARA Media does not authorize its automated tools to independently publish content publicly.
4. Content Ownership
Content owners retain their rights to their original materials. By authorizing NUBARA Media to process or upload content, they grant permission for the actions necessary to provide the requested service.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to any videos, music, images and other materials they submit.
5. Account Security
Users must protect their account credentials and report suspected unauthorized access. Access to connected accounts may be revoked.
6. Third-Party Services
NUBARA Media may integrate with services such as TikTok. These services have their own terms, privacy policies and technical requirements. NUBARA does not control their availability or independent decisions.
7. Service Changes
NUBARA may update, modify or discontinue features as its services develop. These Terms may be revised, with the updated version posted on this page.
